I think Trumph found a good business man inside of Bret, but i believe one of the reason why he picked him is because he has been sick in the hospital. It was more than being sorry for him, but being happy that he had survived. Idk really, Both were great.

I ended up being a huge fan of Bret Micheals because of this show. I had never heard him sing or heard a Poison song. I love not only his music now but his personality and his strength. He was so creative and full of energy and the way he overcame all that happened to him was amazing! I am a hard core Bret fan now!

In my opinion, Holly would have been a better choice from a business standpoint, but Bret was a fun, respectful guy who really had a great work ethic and him winning would've pleased the fans and I think Trump knew that.

Examine the episodes in closer detail and you'll see it if you allow yourself to. Recall the RightGuard episode, her concept was insufficient.

Recall the radio commercials ep., Holly did not want Cyndi singing

Recall her zen apartment, the executives absolutely trashed it.

Business requires much more than "creative begging."

With her foundation, Holly was already an experienced fundraiser. Bret was not and made it to the finale anyway. So who actually came the furthest and did th most - Bret did. Glad to see he won - he more than deserved it.

I believe Trump wanted to pick Holly. He disregarded her two losses as PM and complimented her fundraising. He called Bret flakey, creative and brave. The fact Trump convinced Snapple to give to both charities tells me Trump was thinking to soften the PR blow as a result of choosing Holly.

@MeanManMan 8 of the 10 tasks did not involve fundraising. If you rewatch the season you'll see clear as day Bret outperformed Holly in all of the tasks which did not involved fundraising.

If fundraising is such a key component to be the Celebrity Apprentice, why is it only 2 of the 10 tasks involved fundraising?

Bret was the winner on performance hands down with all due respect to any fans of Holly.
