I lived in Yorktown Heights in 85 when we first played Everton in the FA Cup, I went round everywhere in Manhattan to find if they had the match on, 'pre sky sports' ended up telling me dad not to phone unless we won, I was all dressed in 'merseypride' gear cos me family had sent it over, both blue & red, and nearly charged everyone over when the phone rang at 11.50am knowing it was 16.50pm over here!!!! oh what bliss when I knew the result!!!! only to watch it on VHS later in the year xxx
