  • are you in japan?

  • @jhalton taiwan

  • @FordCountryBoy1995 Cool, I saw the 出 symbol so figured it could be either. Taiwan is awesome, I rode some friend's scooters around there but hadn't owned a motorcycle by then. It's probably a way better place to ride a bike than the US where everyone has giant SUVs to watch out for.

  • Definitely sounds like something I'd do, glad I got a heads up. lol

  • Wouldn't be the first time I've done something like that..

  • no its not funny its called acting without thinking

  • So, you pull in the clutch, put in gear. and release the clutch. SIMPLE. You don't necessarily need a brake to stop. haha. I've never seen anyone do that before though.

  • @Snipza that happened to me 1 time but i stoped my motorcycle using your method

  • lol hop on and use your foot! I actually never remove my helmet when gassing up. Usually just one glove so i can get my wallet.

  • you should be enough stupid to put your helmeth there, whats the point of video

  • Thankx man..........but i learnt that the hard way!!!!

  • Some bikes- BMWs have breaks that do NOT work when the ignition is off. Be warned. I lost a pretty bike to a wall by turning it off by the killswitch whilst rolling =S

  • @monkeyh20 it would only be good if someone stole your bike and crashed and really hurt themself not so good for the bike tho...

  • Should've put it in gear to stop, although that might be awkward at that time.

Well that doesn't matter because you stopped it I guess

  • I fill my motorcycle tank, then I put the cap back on, then I get the gas receipt and put it in my pocket ( I swiped my credit card and so I've paid for the gas), I put on my riding gloves and put back on my helmet. I start my bike and pull out. I DON'T move out of the way for any car until I'm FINISHED--no siree! (And I don't expect any car to do that for me either--and in all my years of riding, none have.)

  • @dustymiller65 I don't even take off my helmet and gloves, it takes seriously like 2 minutes.

  • TWAT!

  • why not tell them to wait till you leave ?

  • is that a kawasaki er6-n?

  • i dont wear a helment so no problem for me

  • @charlene1450 Right, you have other issues then a helmet getting in the way of your brake. As in, a not wearing a helmet period kind of issue.

  • Is that in Taiwan ?

  • @Khunny810521 nice question mark fag! and yes it is

  • Isn't there a hook on the inside of your "trunk" for your helmet?

  • hey this actually saved me from doing this no no thanks

  • In Taiwan,you don't drag motorbikes,motorbikes drag you!

  • OK bro, just don't put the helmet there. Seriously wouldn't risk it falling and the brake shit too.

  • My nan tried to start up one of those pedal motorbike thing, she forgot to put the break on or something like that and she got dragged up the street. This reminds me of that story lol

  • whoa whoa whoa wait a fucking minute, gas is HOW MUCH??? WTF DOES THAT TRANSLATE TO IN U.S DOLLARS?

  • @MrDuelistdrew probably half of the gas price in the US

  • Do not do what I did, and buy a jap bike.

  • This is exactly what I did many many years ago with my Guzzi Cali 3 but only backwards How I didnt drop it, I dont know, but Im very surprised that I was able to stand upright because of the size of the shit that was stuck in my pants after that!

  • Cool video, great driving!

  • I've done that many times, but I've learned now. :)

  • Stuff everyone else. You were there first they can wait.

  • Your life must be boring if you have to make a youtube vid with this story!

  • I like how in Taiwan the gas is cheaper than in Poland while people earn literally 10 times more. Awesome living in here.

  • @crappyspacecabbage01 not if the ignition's off

  • Just when you thought you had it all nailed - and then the simplest thing can catch you out and its back to looking like a "Dozey" in 1 second flat !!

  • i have a habit to taking off my gloves and sunglasses and shoving them in my helmet along with the gas key (yes my bike has a gas lock and a front fork lock, im paranoid sue me) when someone crowds me i act like i lost the key and spend the next few minutes repeatedly digging through my pockets. after a few moments of annoying the person behind me i joyously shout "damn they were in the helmet all along!!!" then look up foolishly grinning and say shit like "how i almost wasted your time"

  • why didnt'ya hop on and rear brake that runaway steed??

  • :D yes

  • Shit happens eh lol, Guess the most daft thing I have done is try to move off with the front brake disk lock still on. Took a chunk of my mud guard as it went round

  • maybe time ta buy a car?...just an idea?

  • omfg lol the most epic comment ever

"simmapallen": You are not to bright !

"13mordeth": Says the man who spelt "too" wrong.

xD thats just one epic comment rofl

  • @Nekohellboy15 yh.. you used ' " ' in the wrong place.

  • In Soviet Russia, bikes brake you!

  • @IChiiSSiiIx In America, Soviet Russia jokes are old.

  • Hey anyone had the old bootlace fall in a heap scenario, (thats why bike boots dont have laces, but when ur last pair are soaked an you gotts get to work) sure is embarrasing, happened me twice over the many years, when the loop gets caught on the gearshift ore rear break and the bike leans and you try an get ur foot out, crunch, quick look round, but with my bike being 284kg it dont get lifted to quick lol lol :-)

  • @phcoh Or as you are riding off the step of the pavement on to the road, you see a car comming & stop, only to find that the gutter is about 8 inches further than your legs will reach........

  • couldnt you have just just pushed the rear brake....I have never ridden a street bike but I do run dirt bikes, so im not sure if these bikes are different

  • you should have put it in gear

  • i have dun this hahah

  • you could have tapt the gear shifter.. it would have stopped then :P unless you had the ignition on, then it would start and drag you on to the road, and you would be dead :'( dont die M13 -.- but if you do, make sure you record it :)

  • Didnt the bike fall over? I mean if you think of it how much centrifugal force can it have going like 6mph, less actually since you were holding on? Not to mention you were probably weighing down one side. Was the kick stand down or something lol?

  • @Intoxiqated my friend has rolled his bike down the driveway at 2 miles an hour and it stood up on it's own, it doesnt take much speed for a bike to do so as long as it's balanced in the first place.

  • You need a bigger bike... you've had that 650 forever.

  • @Goloth1 bigger bikes in small cities is not so good, those big 1000cc engines heat up way too fast, maintenance is a constant and the parts can get expensive, 600cc is a perfect all around bike, tears the track up, dominates the streets, and when u tune and mod it it can keep up with the big boy 1000's

  • I always keep my bike in gear for that reason, lol

  • why didn't you put it in gear? (if you were on the left side) it would have stopped wouldn't it?

  • Thats like getting off the bike and forgetting about the kickstand.

  • LOL

  • haha thats funny, good idea about slipping it into gear though to be honest I think that would have come to me given a few seconds of "oh shit", thanks for your honesty :)

  • You could get bike in gear, in moments for that :)

  • lol xD thats funny :P

  • It's brake not break, dummy. And the rear brake is on the RIGHT side of the bike....and I was on the left, dummy.

  • I dont think the guy knows how a motrocycle actuly works. or should i say how to actuly work one. Therefore he should not be talking. YOu could just put the clutch out. Unless you were in neutral to push it.

  • Why the hell would it be in gear??

  • @ sidwills, it was in neutral, so the wheel spins freely, if it were in gear the wheel would be locked

  • Exactly. My comment was aimed at alphaman1101, everyone knows you should be in neutral when parked.

  • @sidwills Some people put their bike in gear to prevent idiots trying to run off with it. I lived in Manchester, England for many years and the little chav assholes would often try and do a runner with people's motorbikes (including my old RD)... putting it in gear stops them because they're so stupid they have no idea how to put a bike back in neuteral.

Personally I don't do that because my VStrom has dual-wheel immobilizers so it can't be pushed when the key isn't in the ignition anyway!

  • @sidwills not all tha time i park my bike in gear if i parking on a hill

  • @sidwills MSF recommends being in gear when parked on a grade.

  • @alphaman1101 : lol, that's too hilarious and all too common. I'm just checking to see if u receieved and installled ur alarm system yet???

  • @bishop6 Sure did, but ive taken it off. check my videos

  • haha snap

  • 88getintheoven88 = pwnd.

  • lolz, another lesson learnd ;)

  • I see why you are a motorist you can't think anything in perspective.

  • @13mordeth you tell em mordeth

  • Don't move your bike until you're ready to ride. Too bad if they are waiting, it's first come first served.

  • slam it in gear ya dummy

  • yeah i never move my bike when i stop for petrol, cars wont do it for me, plus its funny watching the people waiting get agressive when i get back to my bike put my helmet, gloves, do jacket back up etc :)

  • LMAO IVE seen a guy do that...just take his sweet time lol

i wasnt waiting for a pump...so to me it was AWESOME lol

  • same with me . last week some pissed off trucker touched my Bikem trying to move it to the side .. .. NIIICCCEE arguing after that.

  • @gwibo Don't forget if they are getting impatient that it's not polite or courteous to also open your panniers, get out your log book, write down all the figures from your transaction, put it away, check your tires, lights, seat, clean your lights and windscreen, then get your gear on and slowwwwly ride off. Maybe not courteous but funny as hell. When these posters talking about "courtesy" tell us all about the cars that get out of their way at the pumps, THEN I'll take 'em seriously.

  • @olsmokey i normally do that at stations just to piss them off :D

  • With respect, why do you need to move your bike out of the way? You're a paying customer and entitled to be in that space until the transaction is complete and you're ready to leave. If someone has to wait, they have to wait. They wouldn't move for you would they?

  • I'd move... I've been known to not buckle up till I've moved over a couple feet, or settle whatever I'm doing. It's just being polite.

  • they're call moral guilt, it happened to me when i first start riding 4 years ago, the difference is i dropped my bike

  • @olsmokey in asia if your on a bike once you have filled up you move it for the next person and then go pay because theres so many people over there and if every1 had to wait in line for idiots like yourself who think OHH I`m a paying customer you can just wait, well then the line would be backed up onto the roads stopping traffic...

  • @jusfuknwidya He's probably assuming that he payed first, which is standard over in America....I don't know about other countries.

  • @olsmokey Being social. But no, not everyone does that, unfortunately.

  • @olsmokey maybe hes just being courteous

  • @olsmokey Its called common courtesy.

  • @olsmokey its called being a decent human and having manners.

  • @olsmokey because he is canadian, and canadians are always nice people. all old ladies are canadian

  • @zookeeper2345 most old ladies I have met in my life (a lot due to my occupation), are most definately NOT nice. You watch too much TV :)

  • @zookeeper2345 haha i know.." damn kids, pull up your pants!"

  • @olsmokey Well MAYBE he was just trying to be kind?

  • @Chomiczynkaaa Lol, dropping the ninja out of kindness. Be kind, dear sir, and kill your dog for me please.

  • @xomiakas Im sure he dropped the bike on purpose.

  • @Chomiczynkaaa ¡ʞɔolɹǝɥS 'ʇıɥs oN

  • @olsmokey thats how courteous he is.. hehe.

  • @olsmokey That is exactly the reason for most of us beeing assholes! "Why should i be nice to somebody..." If no one starts it will never happen.

  • @ToysOmadnesS Exactly. makes you happy because you've just someone happy :) I always pull my bike forward a couple of meters, just enough for the car behind to fuel up, its nice seeing the smile on their face and know you've made someone think bike that bike riders are not ignorants who dont give a crap about others. :)

  • @olsmokey Common respect you monkey.

  • fuck chuck noris. mordeth is GOD

  • I done that before on my pushbike i had a can of coke n i went to pull the back brake cos the front wasnt work at the time and so yeahh...? what am i on about

  • let me guess.. he stopped the bike by putting it into gear or he dropped it?

Mordeth doesn't drop bikes, the bikes fall in fear of his awesomeness

  • lol

  • Well mordeath you are turning into chuck norris..

  • only if he managed to use his body in front to stop the bike

  • So when he rides bikes, the bike doesn't move, the Earth rotates under Mordeth! Makes so much sense! Someone should tell those idiots at NASA we don't revolve around the sun!

  • When the Boogeyman goes to bed at night he checks the closet for Chuck Norris, when chuck norris goes to sleep at night he checks the closet for Mordeth

  • when mordeth goes to sleep at night he checks for his ex-girlfriend

  • what do you mean? its more like chuck norris is turning into mordeth

  • lol indeed XD

  • @titaniumabs

    XD

  • haha

  • i always put put my helmet like that lol

  • Who thumb down'd Parry? He is right! The footbreak is on the right side of the bike... Merdeth is on the left, how'd you expect to use the footbreak?

    Anyway, thumed you up dude!

  • Just to let you know, I rated it 5 stars, like I always do. XD

  • thats coulda been ugly aye hahaha

u got streght so its all good

  • also about the helmet i keep it on my head or somewhere handy, it tends to get in the way of the brake and it also tends to fall off and get scratched.bye

  • thanx for replying i really wanted 98 octane

  • that gas sign in front is that 98 and 95 octane????

  • Yes, but they use a different rating system.

  • @socool666420bc

It's the same in most of the word; our 95 octane (the lowest sold in European stations) is like 91 in US and CA and our 98 is like 94.

  • some bikes have a rear brake that work well...in times like that...

  • if your walking the bike how can you step on the rear brake?

  • If you're going downhill, you don't need to push the bike anymore...you can jump on the bike and ride the hill, then hit the rear brake when you want to stop...seems simple to me...that's how...lol

  • if he knew the hill was there he could have but he said he didn't see it

  • What ever...if the bike takes off on you...you jump on. Have you ever pushed a bike...ran beside it, then hopped on? It's so easy and it take no time at all...Try it on your dirt bike.

  • yea but a cr125 and a 750cc ninja are a lot different. the ninja probably weighs 2 times more and im saying i agree with you if you know that the hill was there if it takes you by surprise its not that easy especially on a big bike he wasn't planning on having to jump on the bike the hill caught him off guard

  • Dear HondaRider355,

I guess in those terms, you're right.

Have a good one, and enjoy the Honda.

  • hahaha nice short vid

  • I usually never do this but, have time to time put my helmet on my mirror ONLY when it rains so it doesn't act as a bucket ha ha. Other than that it goes on the ground by the left lower where it belongs. It MAY get kicked by some dumb ass but it aint gonna fall very far.

  • classic...great vids man congradulation on your new born!

  • Says the man who spelt "too" wrong.

  • Don't speak the language and call someone stupid if you cannot even spell correctly. Write a well constructed comment; not a comment of boredom. You are the one not too bright; write correctly and make comments that are meaningful to read; not a waste of space. Thanks.

  • Comment removed

  • "Spelt" is a type of pasta...lol, I think you wanted to say, "Spelled?".

  • @simmapallen hahah u fail

  • keep it in gear and use the clutch to slow it? (make sure the kill switch is on)

  • ha ha I thought about telling the guy: "next time just kick it down into 1st" but he woulda possably dropped it if it started bucking for a sec. But, I would bet it would just skid the back tire and stopped the bike.

  • and forget the kill switch so the bike goes flying forward

  • Yea, but what about my novelty helmet? Will it not protect me as much as it wouldn't protect me anyway?

Might it protect me less? Or worse, protect me better? I hate helmets; I love the wind in my hair.

  • Harry Houdini died of peritonitis secondary to a ruptured appendix.

  • That ricedrocket dude just called mordeth a noob. LMAO!!!!!!

  • I never put my helmet on my bars anyway, I'm too worried the damn thing will fall off and I will have to get a new one.

  • haha .. your scared your helmet will break because it hit the floor? thats what its designed 2 do! protect your head! what use is a helmet that breaks when it's dropped?

  • all helmets could i guess be referred to as 'broken' or 'not road worthy' after a good smack into the cement??? Let me copy and paste what Brandtalones just wrote: "compression of the foam lining, however slight, may accumulate with repeated injury. And then where are you? A flat spot inside the helmet that should have been ripe and ready for the crash..." I can be compression, it can be a fracture.. since you don't know if/when/HOW you are going to crash, do you want to chance it?

  • .. when you drop a helmet from more than about a meter it damages the internal parts of the helmet, you cant see the damage most of the time, and if the damage is enough it could make the helmet unsafe.

Thats why if I drop my helmet hard enough, I just replace it.

  • Actually, a guy from Arai actually said that a drop from off a motorcycle's tank(as an example) would NOT damage the capacity for a helmet to withstand an impact due to there being no weight behind the helmet to cause damage to the foam on impact. It takes a hell of a drop or hit to cause damage that issues. If it fractures, get it checked, if it's a drop off the tank with no weight inside, no worries mate.

  • What the hell kinda excuse is that!

" Sorry officer I couldn't help but run off without paying, as my bike was dragging my away from the Gas Station and boots would not grip........"

  • lol unlucky but is funny

  • heres an idea... why dont you film your every lifes move. and put it on youtube

  • then , this one time at bandcamp...
