  • You are good, i love this

  • Belle interprétation guitare et harmonica. Nice voice as well. Good

  • Thank you so much for this!

  • Can I play this with a hohner themolo harmonica?

  • @MrMarkoll -- What's a "themolo" harmonica? Do you mean tremolo? No... it has to be a Lee Oskar Melody Maker.

  • @ezfolk777 wow! you sir are a werry talented singer and instrumental player! you should make a whole cover of this song :).

  • Sir , what struming pattern are using to play?

  • @vaidulisbudulis -- I'm not really playing anything in particular... just kind of a standard alternating bass pattern picking thing... nothing written down that I'm going by.

  • I have a Hohner Sonny Boy with 6 holes. It seems to work, but not nearly as great as you make it sound.

  • @thamastachief -- If it works, then great! It probably depends on what notes are used in a song. There are only 2 notes that are different on a C Melody Maker from a standard diatonic 10-hole harp in the key of G.

  • so a hohner sonnyboy will not suffice?

  • @thamastachief -- It probably won't work unless it's tuned like a Melody Maker.

  • Nice video ! t ya!

  • Bravo! Thank you for Posting this!

  • I've seen alot of lessions but this is very very good I will be using it to practice with. many thanks for your fantstic effort to help the less talented, like myself .

  • amazing.... greatings from germany...

  • amazin good voice as well m8, am tryin to lern me self how to paly the harmonica cords r alien to me o well see how long takes haha

  • very helpful your the man!

  • Sir, now I got a silver star hohner key G and it doesn't sounds like your number :S

what could be tha problem?? please.

  • It's a completely different tuning. To play what I'm playing you need a Lee Oskar Melody Maker in the key of G.

  • Cool performance !

  • very good:>

  • awesome man !

  • nicely done

  • you rock! \m/ xD

  • very good man!!!!thank you!!merci beaucoup et tres bon travail!!!FoLeY bY FRanCe

  • Sir, I have a problem. I have an harmonica but It has a "C" on it.

    can I play it anyway¿¿

  • I think you have a standard diatonic 10-hole harmonica, and that won't work to play this arrangement. You need a Lee Oskar Melody Maker in the key of G.

  • :D And if i have Melody maker in Key A ? :D

  • If you have a Melody Maker in the key of A you can play the same arrangement (the same holes) but it's in the key of A instead of G. If you're playing it with the guitar be sure to put the capo on the 2nd fret or transpose the chords to the key of A.

  • Big thank you for advise !

  • impresionante muy buena voz y la armonica genial

  • muuuy bueno

  • this was awesome !!!!.

  • wow buen trabajo ,good job..congratulations!

  • im using a harp in the key of g and it sounds to high

  • You'll need to use a Lee Oskar Melody Maker in the key of G -- a standard harmonica is not the same and won't sound right.

  • Guitar and harmonica-nice cover-10*!!!!!

  • very nice voice

  • Youtube isn't the best for this, but according to my book you play it like this:

    -4 -4 5 -5 -6 6 -4 -5 -8

    -8 -8 7 -6 6 -6 -6 7

First part. Anyway, hate that there are so many versions of every single song online. I'm new to this, I'm not sure what's "right".

  • No... the way I play it is the way it says on the video. Keep in mind I'm playing a Lee Oskar Melody Maker, which is not a standard diatonic harmonica. There is no single "right" way of playing it and that's why there are differences in arrangements by different people. If it sounds good it's right; if it sounds bad, it's not right. And sometimes even that is subjective.

  • Okay, thanks for the comment :p

Sounds great by the way... :)

  • I'm too play with your tab

  • very very beautiful video and your play very nice...

your systeme of works is very good

thanks you ...because i play whith you ...whith my harmonica

    seen you soon (country france)

    wb.....

  • Is this Folk music?

  • Thanks for posting, it's a great arrangement. I'd like to play it in key of Am, what key harp should I use?

  • I'm playing in Em on the video using a Lee Oskar Melody Maker in the key of G. If you want to play in Am you would use a Melody Maker in the key of C, or you could also use a standard harp tuned in Am. Keep in mind the Lee Oskar Melody Maker harps are tuned differently than the others so the holes you play wouldn't be the same on other harps.

  • good job

what type of harmonica is that?

I would like to buy one for my father and this sounds great

can u tell me the exact name please?

  • definately make the whole song! great video!
