She is. I was in a play with her at a community theater here in Bellingham, WA about 1990 -- about a year before she left with her mom for Hollywood.

She was only 14, and I was 26 at the time. and I recall her being very animated at rehearsals. She would make Jim Carrey faces at people during rehearsals -- even at a tender age, Hilary was highly memorable!
