No, when it comes to Boise St. only the teams can make a difference. Great game but BSU gameplanned VT better, as they usually do to everyone, and bet that Tyrod couldn't beat them by himself. He ran himself ragged trying to do so but in the end it takes a whole team. Hope VT takes the ACC...great team, great fans.
BSU didn't gameplan VT better. VT simply spotted BSU a 17 point lead in the first quarter by crapping the bed. Fumbled snap, missed assignment on a punt. Look, all credit to Boise. They played with poise from the opening snap and VT looked nervous and made mistakes in the first quarter. But that's what the difference in the game was -- first quarter MISTAKES by VT. It wasn't brilliant gameplanning by Boise. Both teams played hard and VT almost dug themselves out of a 17 pt hole.
@VTPRIDEandJOY I disagree. VT got their breaks as well...it's how they clawed their way back into the game rather than getting routed. Boise St. was on their way to turning that game into a landslide victory when things went awry. That's football and it happens. Boise St. DID gameplan VT very very well and it DID have a direct impact on the field.

Boise didn't CAUSE that. It was an unforced error by VT. By contrast, when Boise fumbled, it was because Eddie Whitley made a jarring hit that forced the ball lose. Just my opinion. Boise played better and deserved to win. But the the deficit was self-inflicted by VT.

Additionally, as a direct comparison to your Center-QB exchange fumble, I'd throw in Kellen Moore's arm hitting the belly of his OL'man. I can see you're being gracious, and I am not trying to rub it in, but this is simple football talk and perspective. For every "lucky break" BSU received in that game, VT got one as well.

@CaptainBronco37 I was more commenting on specific FX that I placed on those clips... Winston Venable walking and hits. The videos themselves had to be taken from somewhere obviously... but the FX were all me.
But you're right. I should give credit to broncosports and dtx for furnishing some of the clips... although most of the clips were from ESPN and CBS and KTVB. So I suppose I should add that there as well.

But that video you use a lot more of it is from the Broncosports video crew than you know. And DTX owns the rights from anything you take from the season DVD's. So calling out another user for using some of "your" video even the affects is kind of hypocritical. Not trying to start a fight we are both Broncos, just letting you know for future reference.

The videos I used were a conglomerate of several sources. DTX owns the rights to the DVDs but not to the individual clips. At least that's the way I understand it.
