From 5:39 to 6:22--Everything you said I found to be true when I worked as a high bill investigator in West Phila frm 1989-94. I'm a white man.Had 9 appointments per day in homes and small businesses working close with customer.What I don't understand is why the people give that small minority of bad guys so much power. I just was not able to see it and it really made me feel bad for the beautiful people who deserved better.

There are so many traps in the hood - drugs, violence, ignorance and absense of fathers. You can look into the eyes of any of these young children and see great potential/heart but if your guardian is a jaded, drugged out, selfhating, depressed sack of shit - you're in a world of trouble kid. I gave a historical background of where the "No Snitching" rule came from. So what are you talking about. I don't know if you've been in "the hood" lately but the term snitch means when someone reports a crime to the police. What do think rappers are trying to say when they say "Stop Snitching"?
