As long as I can watch the sexier versions in high quality on youtube, I dont mind if it is cut out in the US, even if I dont agree with the moronic censorship. However, Aya looks like crap in both versions, S/E needs to make their characters look better before they try & make T&A. There is nothing worse than ugly T&A, which this is.

The composition in Parasite Eve II is better, I think. There's just more going on - her reflection on the shower head, the water swirling down the drain. The first was more impressive then this one is now.

xD I was watching this because a friend of mine is also really into this series - and we were comparing the shower scenes too. Being a GIRL, I can say I love the one from 1999 since I think it is graphically one of the best cutscenes EVER for it's time and I love the attention to detail with the limited graphic ability of the late 90s - the newer one however was put in there purely for guy fanservice and as kind of a throwback to the earlier CGI triumph from 1999...I didn't really "get it." D=

3rd birthday scene is hotter and shows off more stuff so it turns me on more BUT I prefer the original one more. The character model just looks more appealing to me from her expression to her lips. Plus the second one is pure exploitation whereas the original can be seen more as a scene where a girl is trying to wash away her troubles.

Um, no. The 3rd bday one focuses on her breast and her caressing her breast and different shots where as the PE2 one focuses on her face and showcases her emotional distress instead of her being shown looking like she's taking it from behind in the shower.

I think it was only added because of the difference in cgi quality compared to PE2's..
