I love your videos! Thanks for posting them! I just finished an 8 week course in Auslan, so know some basic signs..I've learned heaps more by watching your videos so will be nicely prepared for my next (more advanced) course next year. I've always wanted to learn to sign and am so excited to finally be fulfilling that goal! I might post my own video, signing what little I know! If you're interested subscribe to my channel and you'll see when I upload one! xo
im deaf im know how to sign at all everything im can do it my name is georgia feilds do you have facebook? can i add you okay lovely meet you from georgia.
I love that one for understand, its like a lightbulb in your brain turning on.
unfortunately i have lost all little bits of auslan i used to know and i can't really understand you, but i can just tell that you have a really quirky sence of humour.
My pleasure to give you a nice signing in "understand". =D
How come you lost bits of Auslan? And where did you learn from? Lol, I have lots of quirky sense of humour only in Auslan - not in English, unfortunately =(
oh, I used to be a girl guide, as sometime there was a deaf girl or two on camp, so i learnt some bits, not enough for a HUGE conversation, but enough to joke around a bit.
... I think as a little kid, you can pick up a second language (like auslan) very easily
okay, a technical question, when you finger spell the alphabet, does it matter which hand you use?? ... i think it does, i am trying to learn of the net, and i think i am doing it all backwards ;)
oh and btw, you have the cutest smile ever, when ever you smile in the video, I can't help it, but smile back at the computer. =) (and i like your new haircut!
I know I can always make some people smiling. I hope you can pick up some of my signs.
I think I forget to answer your earlier question. Yes, it does matter on which hand to use. Try to keep one hand still while the other hand is moving around. It's like keeping your body balance, it makes easier for people to capture the letters into a word. I know it's hard but it takes time. =)
I know what you meant about "understand" but that will be the in the future when I teach with two signs altogether.
Sydney have the mixture of Melbourne and Sydney signing language. So you shouldn't be worry about what correction in signings because we ALL will understand you. =)
And I shall do the fingerspellings.
Is there any words you need/want to know more about? *mwah*

I love your signing. (And I think you are really cute.)
You're a great teacher. You make it easy to learn.
I'm learning Auslan but I can sign heaps more than I understand, so watching you on youtube is heaps helpful. Can you give us a little story?

Thank you! I'm glad you understand me but you'll learn heaps when I have the time to add up more signs.
I'll think up a story if I can. =D I'm aware in my other blog videos, I signed too fast but I will try my best to make it slow. =D
