This video is a prank. You can not buy these at Walmart, and they certainly don't come with riot rounds in the box. They have to be directly ordered from FN. I am on a crowd control unit for a large department here in the southeast and ordering these things is a headache even if you are military or a police department. I hope you haven't made a video about buying pepper ball rounds at Dick's or Sports Authority...
