How come these soldiers sound American when in RA 1 it was Europe that was doing all the fighting, ie Britain, France, Germany etc.....the American's were never involved in the fighting in RA1!!

The same clipboard with the same picture (the famous ra cover of a chopper shooting a tank) used in allied mission 6. Which looks like the exact same picture shown briefly in the ending of the soviet campaign in red alert retaliation.
Hey, at least M16s were being made in the late 50s and the concept of the assault rifle existed in WW2. The freaken Medium tanks the Allies used wouldn't be made in the real world till the 1980s!
As history has changed in this game, so would our Arms and armor. Historically USA was going to have German style helmets called M2 (model 2) or the M5A (model 5-A) if we did not go to war with Germany in WWI or WWII. In fact many Americans troops had them on at first. So in C&CR we would had US troops looking like Germans. :0

red alert 2 never happened due to a time travel happenned in yuri's revenge. allied travel back to the beginning of the soviet invasion to us to prevent yuri from being to strong to be defeated. they actually had created a new timeline, but after they defeated yuri, both timelines begin to merge, causing the story of ra2 never takes place. red alert 3 takes place again in another reality due to cherdonko's time travel.

The acting in this game was dead serious-there was little humor, save for Stalin's drinking, his dance at the end of the Soviet Campaign, and his...relationship with Nadia.
Truth to that. This was indeed a serious C&C game, but I think Tiberian Dawn is also a strong contender for "most serious." Kane in that game very much acts like a cool, calculating terrorist leader, especially when he manipulates the media into accusing GDI of civilian massacres, which is not unlike modern terrorist tactics today which like to inflate civilian casualty counts...

Kane of course is a shadowy figure because he isn't aged one bit since Soviet to the Tiberium wars, some conspirators think it's the chronosphere that keep him so or that he is computergenerated. Either way he is just the same as in Red Alert 1 and Tiberian Sun

At the end of the soviet campaign Stalin is killed by Kane since he is basically a puppet. Maybe the Greek guy was a nod agent placed with the allies so that Stalin would die either way the war ended.

lol....no Stavros wasn't a Nod agent. Stavros killed Stalin because he was filled with a burning desire for revenge after Stalin's rampage through Greece, conquering it thereafter.

@DarthNoobius Yes, I've seen pictures of it, Hubble is pretty neat, but I really don't believe in aliens. If they're out there then chances are we don't have the slightest clue they're there. If hyper advanced aliens did exist and they were studying us, I think that we just might have some solid evidence of em by now.
