for those who dont know, lisa was all along one of those zombie nurses, however because she was nice to alessa and cared for her, alessa made her think she was still alive, so she appeared alive. when she remembered she was a monster, she began to transform. so sad T_T if she had kept dumb she "might" have not transformed.

There are other pictures of the zodiac in the room, with numbers under them. It might not seem obvious at first, but the number represents the limbs each zodiac sign has. So Gemini has 8, Sagittarius has 6, etc. I think the Libra sign is what throws most people off. :/
