@lucilledelorme: actually, it is of Larry Bagby. Search on YouTube for 'counting my lucky stars larry bagby' and then the one with the red dark light (or something like that). There he says it is written by someone else (I think he said Mike Stinson) and he sings it.

The bloke in the Cold case episode is not Tim Mc Graw or MIke Stinson or Larry Bagby or Laustin but I don't have a clue who he actually is, if anyone knows please post it as I've been looking all over you tube trying to find out and all I can do is eliminate the various names wrongly attributed to this cracking song. Not usually into Country too twangy for me but this is wonderful.
