I can speak a little Korean, and it's Kim Jon Eun. The eu, is sort of likeopening your mouth but having you teeth together and making the most natural sound. Saying it mor like urn would be practical in English.

I was in Shanghai school trip during the North Korea vs. Portugal game, and when they started scoring about 5, we all bursted outside the corridor, ignore our teachers and cheer. Well the teachers were laughing themselves so no big deal.
