I was searching Youtube all morning trying to find out what my noise was and your video is it. I called Apple support and they made an appointment for me on Tuesday. I bought the extended plan so I'm good through 2013. The support on the phone said that heat is the enemy for these machines and it could be the hard drive. However, it is interesting that the noise started after I watch about 2 hours of youtube videos.
@tandeh yeah that's what I ended up doing, I had a clicking hard drive, backed it up, brought it in, got a hard drive replaced, and now to test it out :)
Apple never made a 16'' laptop or any other computer.
