Lacson is a psycho. He believes on every lies he delivers on most of his expose'. It's just sad that Filipinos are easily duped to believed on this crap. Lacson is good at accusing people, and that's a military tactic called hit them hard before they hit you. And when youe enemy hits you, you can accused them of retaliation. Old technique, still credible to Lacson.
