nibargerswife51482: I used to have one that I got from my grandfather. One of the first electric models. Heavy as hell. There is nothing like it though. Everybody should experience using one.
bravooooo! the way you made the paper loop around him really gave the picture life , these drawings just keep getting better every time you do one bill i really mean that . ive gotta find the right thing to do my poem on the problem is i love everything i have, i lived on the streets for a long time so everything i have now i bleed for wich makes me love everything i have. your pure raw talent bill very special. c.j
You should have an automatic rating system which gives you 5 stars (+) every time you post, my friend. I wish I had it in me to write a poem... but in the mean time.. I will watch and admire your awesome talent. xoxo
Riverman1971: Thank you for the stars. In the last video I was going on a star per snapshot. In this one I was going for a star per piece of paper. lol.
Burch9: Thanks. I hope you do! Plenty of time though, no rush. And yes, I usually do the music. I try to use the vocals from the poems if I can, and I try to make it make the best I can. For some of the musicians, their poems could be songs that I would use, or they could send me one. As long as there are no copyright issues.
strat2caster: Thank you... I wish more could be like yours though. It made it a lot easier using royalty-free music handed over. I do enjoy trying to come up with something suitable... works with some but not with others.
mcb350z: I know what you mean. What I want to know is how the hell he manages to still get the right ribbons for that machine. Maybe you can buy the ribbon and just spool it on? I have no clue, been sooo long since I used one.
jovic88: I'm glad you liked it. This is one of my favs so far just because I am proud of the song... manipulating the typewriter effects and working in Baron's poem. My fav part is where he says "no history", the music stops there and kicks back in.
GreatGig1: It's a good feeling. It's not so much about showing off what I can do. The greatest gain from this is just simply entertaining everyone and just knowing that they are being enjoyed.
I'm excited to see the evolution of these videos. Your mixing of background sound is a composition that is as impressive as the drawing and the whole is definitely greater than the sum of the parts, and reflects a true connection with your submitters! -Dennis
wdciii: Wow Dennis, those are some powerful words. Here's the thing: A lot of people do the shoutouts and subscriber thank you's. This is like that for me. I could make a video listing all my subs, some of which I know nothing about. With this I get to say thank YOU... the one I know THIS about now.
Well, I can tell you this, Bill, that it is a good feeling to have someone see you well enough to create art from your life and life from your art. It is greatly appreciated.
