is it built in Australia and only need a boat license in Australia or world wide, is it cheaper then a aircrAFT. of similar size and range.

It is built in CHINA, and it is cheaper than an aircraft of similar size by probably 100,000 USD

You are absolutely right. The Aussies bought the Australian license. But there are better machines out there. This thing is austere and quite ugly.

Are there flaps on the craft like on the wind tunnel model?
Can you describe all the functions (like throttle, rudder etc)?
Is there a gyro in the craft for longitudinal stability?
