@ShinAkario Love the first, really like the second and like the third. I think the second was a bit too self-indulgent (the rave scene, for instance, was too much and could have been left out), but the action sequences and visuals are INCREDIBLE, the acting is solid (Laurence Fishburne and Hugo Weaving are amazing, as always) and the story is actually pretty gripping. So I don't get why so many people slag off part 2, either.

@ShinAkario Part 3, for a movie called "The Matrix Revolutions", spent hardly any time in The Matrix. I know that the machines are attacking Zion, but they could have easily had some of the main characters in The Matrix to see how Smith was messing up the place; plus, we would have seen more of Agent Smith!!! Plus, there were a few cliched characters (the gruff captain, for starters) and the story got a bit messy at some points (what the hell happened to Neo and the Smiths at the end?)

@ShinAkario However, I do still like Part 3. Why? Because the action is great, the visuals are great and Hugo Weaving is great. Seriously, Agent Smith is one of my favourite villains, and although I am annoyed that he doesn't get more screen time (he's the Venom of the Matrix series), Weaving milks every single second of his screen time. Every second he's on screen, I can't take my eyes off him. He's just awesome; the perfect blend of both over-the-top and calm villainy :-)
