It's a home version of Angie. Total is still 100 each of pullups, pushups, situps and squats. Angie is done 100 each unbroken before moving onto the next exercise, thus the reason it's "Angie at home" and not "Angie". But you seem badass Afi so you can do Angie the prescribed way if you like. Lol. Have fun!

Great workout. The prescribed workout says you should complete each exercise before moving to the next. Keep up the hard work!

@Nydox123 yeah, i don't do them in that order.. i like to break it up. i find 25 of each, 4 rounds a lot better.
