At least the three newest features I saw of Gamera where not corny, but hey I still have a soft spot for the big guy, but I prefer the newer versions over the old; hopefully a newer movie will be out soon!

Gamera was later prosecuted by the District Attorney at the time, Varan, for rape. Zigra never fully recovered
