I place a use contract in all my books. It has a severe penalty for copyright theft. Thats not gonna stop ALL theft, but some. Try hard printing yur books. Thats how Im going to go now. See my video on that. Its a pretty recent one.

Also not everyone has the talent or content to write a book. I wrote several and published them on Lulu and they sell OK but not nearly as much as you claim. Also ghost writers are expensive, and there is a lot of costs involved with all the other services, which is why I did all of them myself. But it was A LOT of work and took years, and most will not do that.
