Here is a good way to knock him down Armor Fulls set of tigrex and a anvil hammer ok when he is walking close to the ground go under him to where his two back legs connect to the body and keep hiiting there intil he stands up then hit his legs :D i hope i beat him doing it right now one more leg to get 2 lvl red

I recommend u guys to use ls,i killed him with smolder dragonsword,just attack the part where the body and the shell connects its his weakest spot c[:

it's actually better to hit his legs first and when he falls attack him with a super combo on that spot ;) makes it alot easier and the chance of getting hit is 0% :D

@monster00freak you beat the living crap out of his shell try using crag and cluster shots if you are a gunner if not knock him down and hit him with something heavy like a gs or (god forbid) a hammer

Ok... I use full blango and I have the two black blades or dark blades (the ones that are made with dark piece/stone) but it doesn't work, it needs to be resharpened to much, any other tips?

just use a hammer a great sword or long sword. If you wanna use dual wielded you will be needing the eternal schism or a dual wielder with great attack about 400

dude, how do you unlock this quest??? some say to kill 2 of every monsters in the game except for some, but on my guild card, i hunted at least 2 of every of them. i don't get it... the quest doesn't appear.

you have to kill 2 of every monster except for lao rajang akanator fatalis and shen gaoren. color variations should not make any difference. You also have to kill the elder dragons like teostra and lunastra etc.. twice! It could be that you don't have unlocked every monster you need to kill twice ;)

You can't in this mission. Only the gathering hall mission where you have to fight the shen gaoren back at the fortress ;)

when he gets to the bridge and the mouth of the lao skull on his back opens to fire a green slime ball or whatever its called, you have to enter its mouth and plant the bombs and get the hell out XD ;) good luck

The blango set is not hard to get.. and is only really good against one guy.. This one :P. It has a skill that negates the effect of his stomp. So you don't get stunned often. It is perfect for this fight. Any weapon that has a high atk power is good against him... But if you reallllllllly want him dead just use a dragon elem .. I also have heard "rumors" that he is weak to fire.. HOWEVER, I cannot confirm this... Good hunting soldier!

you can use dragon or fire, but the raw attack from a hammer is devastating. This guy cant handle hammer attacks. So if you can get a hammer with high damage like 1000 or more you will OWN THIS BITCH :P:P

or 6 star village elder quest,

i suggest you get the elder quest for the town because killing him there is much easier (easy access to cannonballs)

or do the guild hall quest if you just wanna run out the clock and get some materials (you won't get a kill count)

hm..it's a long time ago that I played monster hunter but I know for sure that you can beat g rank 7 lao shan. You just need the right weapon;). To get more thunder sac, you have to trap g rank khezu and you have to attack him very often on his head and tail !!!

I used a really cheap tactic. If the grenade launcher is available, get it, customize it to your liking, stack up on crag lvl 1 and clust lvl 1, bring the materials to make these shots , books of combos, and just shoot, reload, dodge. Rinse and Repeat

To kill Kushala Daora,

Devil Slicer (Longsword) worked fine for me. I used full Blango Armour too. Make use of the poison throwing knives to poison it which would reduce its wind ability, and take that opportunity to weaken it enough so it can't generate its wind after that. Then get used to its pattern and go for the head! Break both its wings (talons), tail, and head (spikes) =P

When you have mining point + 3, you will be able to mine the union ore at the top of the mountain in pokke farm and also obtain it by giving a large barrelbomb+ to the cat in front of the cave in pokke farm.
