what's so wrong about getting married in a fastfood resturant? Seems pretty reasonable to me. I work for a catering company and i've seen crazy amounts of money spent on weddings in my life. A nice sensible wedding where it is stress free and different and fun? Who really cares... They seem happy and I think it's really sweet, unusual but awesome as well. A wedding is for your big day not everyone elses.

They are old car collectors and enjoyed going to this weekly classic car show. They decided to get married at the car show because it would be fun and was easy to plan. They were supposed to take their vows in front of the old cars but they were asked by the owner of McDonalds shortly before the ceremony to stand in front of the restaurant.

When I got a call to videotape a wedding at McDonald's, I thought it was a hoax. But it didn't take but a moment to get into the spirit of the unusual. I made the suggestion to the minister that it would be a nice tribute to end the ceremony with their friends "Starting their engines."

@VideoalAZ The couple planned far in advance for the minister to say "you may now start your engines". They asked their friends to bring cars with lots of horsepower so that it would be really loud. They hired you to videotape the wedding for their own memories.

It was the funniest wedding I have ever been to. The old man in the video interrupted the ceremony to accuse the groom of getting his older sister pregnant! The old man was 80 at the time. For the wedding reception they gave everyone who went through the line to congratulate them a coupon for a free value meal! Hysterical. They are really nice people with good sense of humors. Almost 10 years later and they are still going to the weekly car show at Rock "N Roll McDonalds.

The bride & groom go to this car show every Saturday night . They love old cars and are car collectors.  They planned to get married in the middle of the car show, but the day of the wedding the McDonald's owner asked if they would stand in front of the restaurant instead of by the old cars. The grooms favorite cars are from the 50's & 60's so they dressed in that style, with flipped up hair (her) and rolled up sleeves (him), etc. They tried to look old fashioned & goofy on purpose.

i was there. my dad and the guy have been friends for years, you probably haven't seen the whole thing on good morning arizona but i was 5 and i caught the bouquet and during the wedding good morning arizona was doing a live-thing on the wedding when i caught the bouquet they called me the not so excited little girl because i started crying when i caught the bouquet because it was thorny. me and my brother before the wedding were dancing behind the cake too so we were on the news dancing.
