Sorry - your review adds nothing we didn't know and is very poor quality to boot. Suggest you invest in a decent video camera or/and computer and not more helicopter flights!
Hi, just wanted to know if the D3s has AF fine tuning,.. Nikon says so,.. but i am not seeing the option on the downloadable manual,.. i am looking to invest in this camera,.. can you help on this
If birds pictures are very important to you, my suggestion is D300 or D300s. Why? Since all of them share a same 51 points AF system, D3 and D3s have nothing better on AF performance comparing to D300 and D300s. Besides, the same 51 points AF system covers almost full screen on DX while it covers only a central part on FX, soD300 and D300s are easier to capture birds. Additionally, a DX frame can give you 1.5x tele rather than a FX frame. This is typically good for birds pictures.
@cnhawkxyy I have just moved from the D300 to the D3S and i can assure you the focus is much faster and accurate.... Yes you lose the 1.5 crop but using fieldcraft you do not need that! Also the full frame blows it out the water for iq ,noise, everything basically..... The crippled dslrs are still excellent but not in the same league as this ....

Speaking of the 3DS, try shooting your own video with one because this Youtube quality sucks.
