I swear it's at the top of the falls, one day I drove by, looked, they were gone?

However, I still don't think it's much of a flood. Once it goes over the roads, then I will say it would be a flood.

And sorry, but Galt, Hespler & Preston haven't existed for around 30 years. People may think that, however, that's the truth.

The water was lapping the road surface back in 1974. I stood on the bridge taking photos of the flood then.
