  • Holy shit...

  • hey, is it possible to not only link the KP3 with the K-PRO, but to also after they are linked use the K-pro as a midi controller for a desktop synth module or a rack synth module such as the ROLAND JP 8080? if so, is there a way (perhaps a mixer) to not only use the K-PRO as just for a midi controller, but also to use the effects and sample banks of the KP3 along with the sounds from the rack synth mod engine to sound the 3 units together without a midi keyboard?

  • AMAZING

  • you are so fucking good

  • Awesome!

I'm so getting one of these for tax time. Do you have the kp3? I wish they would hurry up with and design the kaoss pad 5 soon. They've gottah be working on,it,somewhere

  • Is there any new sound loops I can get for the Kaoss Pro. ? I won't put anything online until everything I have is perfect. Trust me ... I will be the next mad scientist in the dubstep community . I hope to get great feedback when this is completed :)

  • @kylesnyder1235 you can record external audio with it. for example a guitar, or your voice.

  • I love this thing. Probably have to get one.

  • I had a decision between choosing between a SH 101 and a KP. I' choosing the KP thanks to you.

  • Nice octave shifts !

  • A lot of people say this requires no talent and that all you do is slide your finger across a silly screen...i beg to differ

  • @TheCakeIsALie96 Who would dare say that?

  • @TheCakeIsALie96 - If it required no talent then we would all be the next daft punk. To compose music takes alot of work. To compose good music takes alot of work and SKILL. Like anything else, practice, practice, practice. Thank you to KORG for making practice so much fun. I hate it when people say making electronic music takes no skill. Electronic and Dance music are actually more complex than most Rock. It's comparable to Jazz in its complexity levels. Which is very complex.

  • @kunstssst My name is StarmanDeluxe and I approve this message.

  • Great work! Can't imagine if you had a KP3 to go with it

  • Did you make all of those tracks with the Kaossilator?

  • Nice man! Where did you get the extra loops from?

  • @stewpadasso1 "Extra loops"...? I made everything myself (-_-;)

  • Great video... Q: how do u change the count 4m 8 to 16... Thanks

  • i think you have to make an tutorial video for this crazy song.

    pleasee,,,

  • My favorite thumbs up

  • This reminds me of all the 8-bit music I use to hear on old NES games. Such a cool instrument. I can't wait to get my own :)

  • That thing is brilliant.

  • That is the best performance done on the Kaossilator pro alone yet. Great job bro.

I am so psyched to get one of these.

  • Good stuff! You got any albums???

  • @DeSilverware Working on it.

  • so cool!

  • Can you use this machine to actually record full songs?

  • @AlexisNembrode Isn't that what he just did?

  • @TehSlan Hum,what I meant to ask was if can you record the full songs and export them directly as Wav. files onto the sd card, or it just works as a midi phrase recorder?

  • @AlexisNembrode Ah, I misinterpreted you, then. That, I don't know.

  • Epic music, Im getting one of these next month !!

  • Sounds like "Old Ghosts" by Deadmau5.

  • GoodShit!

  • @ChunkieTehMaster please he is murdering deadmau5. Joel needs a million dollar studio to make stuff like this. deadmau5, awesome as his production values may be, is a copy of a copy of a copy of a copy of a copy of a copy of a copy.

  • i love my kaossilator pro!!!! next is the "maschine".

  • thats kkol as f**k, just ordered me one of these.....can't wait to get it now.......big ups!

  • @Beatprisoner hell no! everything was made on the kaossilator pro!

  • @krakatoa47

So then it's even more impressive. Great!

  • OMG :O did you make this all on the Kaossliator

    ?

  • Until I heard what you were doing, I was tentative about buying one but you're kicking it! You have a great ear for harmony and arrangement. Keep writing it's appreciated!

  • totally daft punk this shit is seriously fucking dope. I am sooo jealous of the Kaoss Pro! More pounds of sexy. This is great!!

  • I'm in love with this one! Awesome job :)

  • Cool, i liked it! do a bit of Kp3 work myself on my <-- channel :) But i soo badly want this aswell :D Subbed btw :D

  • Korg should hire this dude and put his stuff in company DVDs.

    This is inspirational.

Makes me want to go out and buy one. Dunno if I can reach this level though..

  • How did you get your sound to be clear like this? How have you got your korg hooked up?

  • @MysticalMuffinDude Actually it's just going from the RCA output to my computer's stereo line in. Luckily I have an audio interface now so it should get even clearer :)

  • @StarmanDeluxe2001 You have a soundcard? I would very much like to record form my KP3 without a gay delay on everyhtign i do when i use linein (and it sounds horible in general actuallY)

  • @NoR3m0rs3 pick up an audio interface (external sound card) or get an internal one and that should fix your latency and quality issues :)

  • @StarmanDeluxe2001 Any recommendations? I was planning on getting a mixer anyway, so something like multimix Usb would be nice, but under £150 hopefully?

  • @NoR3m0rs3 On windows7 right click the volume icon in the system tray near the time/date. Select "recording devices". Right click on "Line In", select properties. Look for a check box labelled "Monitoring" and check it. I found it in a tab labelled "custom". That should fix the delay by monitoring the line-in for sound until it gets something and then immediately outputting it to the speakers. Turns your sound card into an amp.

  • @CrimsonDecay Thanks! Great track by the way ;]

  • wow. really nice job. way better than the factory demo vid I saw.

  • What scale is this awesomeness in?

  • @ChunkieTehMaster I believe it's minor blues. Thanks and rock on!

  • Sounds like Deadmau5.

  • @ChunkieTehMaster Funnily enough, I didn't even know who Deadmau5 was when I made this XD. But I recently started enjoying his beats a lot!

  • Oh My God ... this is amazing.

  • this is rlly sick!!!

  • Maaaan, that's mesmerizing. I agree--best Kaossilator video I've seen.

  • Well done.

  • highest quality performance ive ever seen on one of these.

  • if there was a definition for uber cool amazing super awesomeness, this would surely be shown beside it. its just mind blowing amazing!!!!!

  • best kaossilator pro video in youtube. congrats!

  • @eldiepon1 Thanks so much! I'm still trying to top this one!!

  • @eldiepon1 htt p://ww w. youtu be.c om/wat ch? v=QxociuPgkGY another good one ;D

  • that's really tight

  • Excellent!

I hope I can learn to make songs this awesome on my kaossilator Pro!! :D

  • This is so tight! Probably the best display of kaossilating i've seen/heard. I should be getting a KoPro sometime this week and I'm planning on making music much like this so its nice to hear. Keep it up!

  • @7seidl7 Thanks I really appreciate that!

  • class!

  • nice work on this. Very Daft Punk sounding.

  • Wow... Fascinating. No idea how it works though...

  • sounds great, keep it up. ill use it for inspiration :p

  • Awesome. I bought the regular Kaossilator and tried a few videos. I should have saved more of my beans and bought the Kaossilator Pro. I don't understand how Gate Arpeggiator works on this model. What does the slide control do with the Gate Arp, and why do you jiggle it?

  • @Dracopol It changes the speed, between the notes (the gate time). I dont think it works the same as in the original. The original has difference gate patterns, the Pro doesnt. Which is to bad i think.

  • @Dracopol The gate arp of the pro is my favorite part of this machine! Sliding higher breaks the notes into short spaced intervals, and sliding lower makes a longer space between notes which makes it sound choppy. I move it up and down to create different patterns of long/short spacing, and I found that if I move it in time to the beat it makes a cool sounding pattern!

  • @StarmanDeluxe2001 I dunno, man! It's hard enough to keep the beat "by hand", as the audio-based recording of the loop requires. It's even harder to make a consistent beat pattern, unlike the 50 pre-set patterns and the handy cardboard chart provided with the regular (small) Kaossilator. Unless maybe you can program some with the software add-ons.

  • @Dracopol I never had the original Kaossilator so I can't really compare, but I gotta say the slider is really awesome. It's not hard to use once you get used to it. It may not have preset patterns but you can make a lot of different rhythms with it. I love the Electribe's gate arp so this is a dream come true for me to have it on the KPro.

  • ああれーくすううう I like the way you stimulate that korg mmmm www

  • Nice song! digging it!
