South is a great school. A Tier 1 university with one of the state's two medical schools. Many programs require phd's for the professors for upper level courses. Good, knowledgeable professors. Campus is very nice and ever improving. Lots of additions of late, brand new student rec center, and hopefully an on campus football stadium coming soon.
I can't believe that someone would complain about the school they went to because they got passed over for a job. Clearly, you are an idiot.
This school does suck. The layout of the campus is atrocious. THe Financial Aid department really sucks and do not provide follow information when problems arise.

I spent about 20K, 4 years there and maintained a 3.5 GPA only to get passed up by folks who has a lesser GPA but got promoted due to the fact that they went to Alabama, Auburn, Tennessee, Miss. State, Florida, Georgia, just to name a few! South Alabama is where you go when you cant afford to go anywhere else! 90% of the faculty sucks; most are there only because they couldn't cut it anywhere else!
