It's real. The squats are 155 and the bench is 135 plus the chains. I know a number of women who lift this heavy. They may be a little bulkier than Erin but this is definitely possible.

I am only teasing :) She is truly incredible as are many women who do this sport, perfection ,beauty, power ,inward strength .How can any man exist in the presence of such women.? No its not real its impossible for women to be that , beautiful,sexy and strong. I mean even the weights are false she cant lift that she's a babe and that strong no way its been enhanced some how. Superwoman does not exist. I mean come on be real
