How would you adapt this look for someone who is very pale, with blonde hair?

I'm very pale, and if you're covering your hair then there's no reason to adapt it. The whole idea of this is to be darker. If you don't want to be darker, just use your regular foundation. If you want to show your hair, I'd buy a black "Cleopatra" wig, which should be very accessible right now, since it's Halloween :-)
