Btw if you dont know what a rogue is then its a virus in disguise as an antivirus, and tricks the user into buying the full version in order to remove the fake viruses. When you purchase a used computer that is infected with lots of virus like in your example, the best thing you can do is reinstall Windows. If you dont have a good Windows CD/ISO Image, then download Ubuntu Linux or better yet, download Zorin Linux which is based on Ubuntu that allows you to make the Linux look just like Windows XP, 7 or Macintosh and then never worry about viruses ever again.

You should also consider downloading and installing Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, another anti-malware (freeware) product, which detects more than AVG.

When I ran Cursor Mania on my VMware Workstation, Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (1.46) was able to completely terminate the program, while AVG (9.0) only found some of the infections.

Ok I GOT SO SCARED i WAS LIKE HOLY CRAP... Then I asked if he had Norton on his labtop he said yes, then I said I needed to scan something. He saw the screen of the desktop background which said spyware attack.

He said give me the computer I know you did something to it. Then he called me a Knuckle head for Infecting his PC. I couldn't blame him though. IT WAS HIS WORK LABTOP!

He turned off Norton, and installed spyware EVERYWHERE. Btw, His password for the labtop was strong. We found out no anti-virus could protect from it. I don't swear, But when it first happened I said the S-word in my mind. XD

Erm perhaps its becausse they are generic virus's.. If you knew anything about them they copy themselves to other folders. So it coulda been hidden away far far away on his drive but copied its self to there. Thats why there is so many because its in every folder.
