@banditsw11 The 28s were the original black gang, then the younger 28s spawned when the olders got too old or locked up, then PDC formed from younger 28s. Then alot of PDC split, tanna starting 031, and some others CFR like shak. Nower days theres more gangs per square mile than even the worst places in the US.
