I reckon if you were to play your medley on a sunday morning it would lift any congregation and make them smile , sometimes they look so miserable praising the lord, this would definately lift there spirits , it lifted mine ... thank you for posting ....
Lol. Better still Niche! I echo my last message, you play brilliantly; now how about a vid of you playing "Blackpool style" to the congregation or to an audience? There is a young chap by the name of Christopher Thompson who plays theatre-style material on church organs as part of his repertoire, so I wholeheartedly agree with Paul Brockenhagen's comment too.
Last song is "I do like to be beside the seaside." Wonderfully refreshing performance. I accompanied a Gregorian Schola on a tiny little Neobaroque number. Always wanted to play Duke Ellington on it...
He's playing "Strike Up The Band" followed by "12th Street Rag"... He goes into another song just before the video runs out, and I couldn't hear enough to recognize it.
I noticed that on other you tube videos, is that common to have delays or be out of sync. I know that some films are shot with the sound recorded separately and then the two are edited together for the final product. I know because a lot of the cameras my friends use do not have good sound with the built in microphones and its better to record the sound on a good digital recorder.
Nicely played, nicely registered, and the earlier poster is right... doesn't sound bad at all. Kind of sounds like a Blackpool approach with the shallow trems and high notes....
Keep up this Great Work

Maybe if this were to be played as the offertory piece at churches all over people would be inclined to give more money. :) Great job!

the delay is probably just a delay on the organ-tracker organs have sometimes have very long delays.

This might be done with dubbed in sound because the music does not match what his hands are doing if you watch closely.
packerlandtos 4 years ago
It's not dubbed, there's just a slight delay on the sound.

Very nice! I can see why people might take offence at that on Sunday! I must say George Gershwin doesn't sound bad on that organ!
