If the wild dogs were really hungry they would have gotten the kudu from the water. They are however very fearful of water because there are crocs in there...
This kudu got away on its own, they just guided it out of the water again as far as I can see.
Actually they were not real wild dogs... stinking locals with hunting dogs it was!
