@louiephogs The back-up singer's name is Siedah Garrett and she was also Michael Jackson's back-up singer on the Dangerous World Tour 1992-1993 (especially on "Man In The Mirror" which she had co-written for Bad CD) plus a duet song with him "I just Can't Stop Loving You" also on Bad CD and in Dangerous concert.

P.S.: Search it up under the name Michael Jackson's Dangerous World Tour "I Just Can't Stop Loving You" and "Man In The Mirror." ;)
