Dokken just kept putting out albums in the 80's that were better and better.  "Under Lock And Key" is a great album from start to finish.

I was 14 in 1988, when I first heard of Dokken after watching nightmare on elm st. 3 dream warriors. loved the end title song, I went around a few record shops, but they had never heard of Dokken, They weren't that big here in England, they were more the preserve of the metal fan, so i talked to my cousin who is 10 yrs older than me, fuck me, he only had all their albums @ that point, so he taped em all for me, and i've never looked back, learned to play guitar thanks to George,lol

I've been cracking out on Dokken on UTube for the last 3 days! ...I had forgotten why George Lynch had been my favorite lead guitar shredder of all time ...now I remember why !!! No guitarist has ever been able to touch him.... Dragon Force can blow me...for that matter every guitarist and every band for the last 10 or so years ...(with a few exceptions like Cavelera Conspiracy, Suffocation and Slipknot )

I can still remember travelling to North Carolina on a GreyHound bus looking at the beautiful country and listening to this jam on my walkman as a kid! This song is beautiful in every aspect and I still appreciate it to this day!

Don Dokken is the MAN!!!!

I'm glad that he wrote about things that actually matter. This, and "Behind the Wall" are some of the most significant points for this, at the time which they were written. I remember them all too well.
