hey steffi :) um the 224 brush you got i think you should go to the MAC store and get a new one, it looks a little fluffy ;/ i got a MAC brush for christmas and it was exsacly the same and it is not that good,, some of the 224's are like this, so you kind of have to pick a good one in the store :)
