It is a call to action to all mormons. Brigham Young said in 1855: "when the constitution is hanging by the thread, mormons will ride on white horses and take over America, saving it". Most people have no clue that this is what Beck means when he says that.

Facts:
1) Glenn Beck "Restoring Honor" attendance = between 80 and 300 thousand people [depending on the source].
2) President Obama Inauguration attendance = 1.8 Million people.
3) This video was taken almost a quarter of a mile from the actual event.
