  • this scene was good, they could have put some of it in the movie, I loled at the bit when alle made the cube

  • i almost cried right now...

  • PEW PEW LASERZ!

  • Also, this is about 3 times cheesier. I liked the movie version more for this reason as well.

  • While I think this scene could have been a substitute for the movie version, it would have made the part where WallE held open the holodetector less heroic. It was the fact that WallE was injured but never surrendered and fought to his death that made WallE a hero in the final battle scene against Auto.

  • Wall-E's just climbing up the shaft, when all of a sudden, his love falls on top of him and he screams...

  • Thank God M-O came in

  • LOL WALL-E'S SCREAM

  • Notice how the first time the WALL-A's make cubes its out of nothing

  • is that andrew stanton?

  • @2:34 I love how wall-e has an "ah fuck it!" moment right before he runs after eve on the loading dock

  • XD the wall-as " :3 awww isn't that cute? Keep up the good work. *pats*"

  • wall-e's scream is so flippin funny

  • They should have kept this scene, to show that Wall-e IS capable of saving Eve apparently.

  • notice that the wall-as were waving good bye as they were flying away

  • I think they chose to leave this scene out because it implies that EVE got zapped instead of Wall-E. Violence against females, you know? I actually like the scene that made it as well - but it shows EVE being capable and cute as well. Wall-E is actually helpful - I think he's a kind robot, but he cannot get things done, apparently.

  • Well.. if i had been the executive producer, i certainly had used this scene much better than the actual scene in the movie... Cuz Eve saves WallE twice in the film... and with this deleted scene, things get even... So, as an exc prod, head spank for Andrew Stanton.. :)

  • actually i preffer this scene better than the other one they put in the movie

  • wall-e screaming in the start is funny

  • Andrew Stanton is an awesome filmmaker. I recommend that you guys watch/listen to the DVD commentary he made on the WALL-E DVD, it's a really enthralling listen.

  • I like us seeing WALLE taking the lead, but it did really need to be EVE saving WALLE to show how she had changed.

  • .............. brother? o.o

  • there was no 6:54 0____0 mark my words!!!

  • @Johntheechidna its more like "Look, isnt that cute? Hes like a little us! [a child if robots re-prodouced sexually]"

  • It's good that they've changed the scene. This scene prevents EVE from expressing her feelings to Wall-E. Good job Pixar.

  • @olivergalleguez Not true, a friend of mine had a cousin who was on the team, the ORIGINAL plan didnt have the same ending, then they had modified it so that the android [not M-O, the one with the siren i forgot his name] detached AUTO's tazer and took it with him, then assaulted wall-e by using his field to chuck it at him and zap him. then they figured 1. where is the power for the thing coming from? 2. that whole double shock seems so repetitive, lets just have walle get shocked instead.

  • i like both ideas wall e saving eve was very coll i mean he is showing that hes not just a clumsy robot but eve saving wall e is heart tuching to i like both ideas but i like the wall e saving eve just a bit better

  • wtf that beated the sh!t out of me hahahahaha

  • MO SAVES THE DAY HAHAHAHAH!!!!!

  • I agree that the final scene works better, but man, I wish they could have fit in the Wall-A's condescending little head pat. It's so cute!

  • Mo cleaning wall-e's foot! LOL

  • i liked how the huge robots thought wall-e's little cube was CUTE like a pet

    LOL.

  • i still like the final scene better, but this one could have worked well too.

i do wish that wall-e would have still interacted with the wall-a's but he was too busy being damaged T_T

  • I liked this deleted scene, but i agree, the way it was in the film was better

  • woah, that's a really cool scene. I guess that makers were right that it was better to switch Wall-E and Eve here, but still, it is great this way! I love Wall-E - Wall-R interactions ;]

  • i found that and i was like did i past almost everything? then a put the disk back in then i watched the real movie

  • this is so much better!

  • I think if this scene would have stayed in, the ending probably would have been entirely different.

  • I can see why Stanton changed it. We already know WALL-E loves EVE completely and would do anything for her, there's no need for him to prove that again (EVE finally realises this when she sees the replay from her onboard camera of what WALL-E went through to protect her on Earth, despite the fact she was inanimate). EVE is the one who had to come around and finally display her love for WALL-E. What greater statement of WALL-E's impact on EVE than her abandoning her objective to save his life.

  • I'm glad that they changed it

  • Wall-A is so cool

  • 2:20 XD

  • I can see why he changed it, but this version seems a little more polished than the final one...

Probably because, like the director said, it was an 11th hour change and the team probably didn't have a lot of time to redo it.

  • Where those Computer mouse acting like rats?

  • whoa!

  • Where's the scene of Auto shocking Eve.

  • 1:16 Whoa!!! =D

  • Wow, that change is really important.

  • No seriously they do hurt. And my freind was using cables as skipping ropes untill it turned on and she got in straight in her stomach(and I only got a tingle in my leg but ut was still sore)

  • I love how the WALL-As just look at the little cube wall-e made and patted him on the head lol

  • Yeah...when they look at each other in that moment, the WALL-As look as if they're saying, "Isn't that cute? He thinks he's us!" ^^

  • @johntheechidna1 I think it's like, Oh! another one of us! How did he get so small though?

  • at 0:44 the WALLAs were getting no trash and POOF! There were trash cubes WALLA size!

  • so that's why this scene must be deleted ??, i'm sorry, my english so bad, so i dont understand what is Andrew Stanton said

  • Director wanted the characters to rally around Wall-E instead of Eva. Scene was replaced.

  • They wanted EVE to care more bout wall-e than the green thing

  • Wall-E is so damn cute!

This part is so incredibly cute :]

It really is a shame it was cut.

  • So romantic. And sweet. I love this part. I was crying first time I saw...it was just so beautiful.

  • I agree that they should've used this instead, but I don't see how it would fit with what happened earlier. They would've needed to re-do the whole thing!

  • well if you ever stop and think about it, like I do, you'll know why I wanted this to happen. If you dont, play the game. if you dont hav it then watch the movie again. cause only my family and freinds know this. and they all agree.

  • Leave it please. I agree with the Evefan. They shoulndt have got rid of it. It was a bad idea. And why ya all sayin it was so much better to have it cut? The same thing ahppened, in the same place, at the same time. This scene was so sweet and if it isnt love then I have no idea what else could be. xxx

  • i dont agree, i think the other way has more power to show a noble not so advance robot like wall-e.

  • Your very sweet. No wonder shes mad about you. remeber the time you two werr messing bout with cables?

  • Yes haha. They hurt. Thank you

  • I like that they changed it, it was SO much more romantic :)

This was really cute too, though.

  • I prefer this one. If they'd kept it it would prove they both love eachother. To change it was a bad idea. If they could both save eachother the film would send out a love message

  • I know. The way how they save eachohter I mean. She dont have to do everything for him like does she? Lousy threatner. lol :) Freinds?

  • Defo. I love these replys. thanks xxx

  • i liked the change tho :)

  • Serious, it's good that these scene is cut...

That what is in the movie is 100 times better than these. What is sense, that EVE is broken and Wall-E repair her ??

  • I guess, the scene in the movie was much better, right. But I think that this scene were also a nice idea to telling the story too. It would work.

But I'm happy that the director changed the script. It's really a better Idea.^^

  • Well, it's not a bad scene. I actually like it. The movie just flows better than this.
