Penguin doesn't have a monocle, instead there were to guys who lost all their money to penguin and one attacked with a broken bottle. The bottom of the bottle somehow got lodged around his eye and doctors said it couldn't be removed without serious damage to the eye.

If you are a Batman fan or simply remember the animated series from the 90s, the game is worth the ticket price. The graphics and combat also enhance the replay value. Add in DLC that enables Catwoman, Robin, and Nightwing (all with unique gadgets and gameplay tweaks) to be playable in the mission mode to round it out.
