It is only minor clocks. I need a new PSU : [ I can't max it for more than 30 minutes.

Antec Truepower II 550w. I am using about 250w at full load. That is half of my PSU. : 0
Hmm then it cant be your PSU, maybe its your GPU that is faulty? Try to run atitools, and see if it hangs or something :)
