I watched it online,with very wrong subtitles,now i cant wait to buy the DVD. it's a beautiful movie, i cried. and suggest to read a bit japanese history to get to know the background,cause all the japanese know all the characters but we dont,it could be difficult to understand the story.

Well, I'm a girl and I'm not Japanese so I'm not sure what a Japanese guy would like. But I hope you don't move to Japan just to get a Japanese guy :) Cool, I live in texas too, at least right now I do. Honestly, I think Japanese guys in the states may go for girls of another race, it might be a little more difficult in Japan due to cultureal restrictions, but I can't say for sure. Actually, it's not unusual at all. Alot of Europeans attend Ivy League schools but still hate Americans. I hate Americans too, and I'm an American citizen.
