@dasautomega,Any segretion based on ethnic or race is apartheid whether it govn't or few rich establishments.This is how Apartheid started.The human right abuse in the 1960's in US was also concealed in this same manner.Do U know that the high society big universities with Ivy leagues are all private owned school.They based their apartheid(dutch for segregation) on same "private matter" affair.The selection of candidate-students is purely based on academicperformance,but not race.That is racism!

Kenya's apartheid.Even schools are segregated.No Africans on the playinggrounds.Is it continuation of colonial legacy?I guess Dr.Rich is ok.He is working to support his family.After 7 years in solitary confinement just for asking for Kenya's independence Jomoh Kenyata told the the British who wanted to be Kenyans to stay if they wished but expected equal opportunity for all and no segregation.

@Beesahili Anyone can go to a government school. But a private school is private property. The owner has the right to choose which students to accept. its called democracy not apartheid.
