@MaxCool858 It is litterally impossible but this is how you can do it. Back up your normal minecraft that has no mods and then install your mods. If there is any problems with the mods then just replace the modded minecraft with the one you backed up.

@MaxCool858 Also, you can delete the minecraft folder in your application support and then restart your minecraft. You will lose your saves unless you back those up by making a duplicate. Then when you run minecraft again. Drag the saves into the old saves and you should be good.
