Brandon can do it all. He is one amazing singer and performer. Someday I will see him in concert. This concert must have been unbelievable to have been there!!
McCartney's goal was to make this song chaos: a screamer. Brandon articulates and is clear singing it, which adds a quality that in my own humble opinion brings the song to a more artistic level.
He is mimicking the McCartney sound, if you compare it to the original. However, he does it BETTER, that's all I was saying. It takes a talented singer to kind of imitate McCartney and Kim Carnes and still make the song your own. Honestly I don't mind if this song never existed, so I'm saying a lot by saying I like it! LOL Most people over 40 only associate the song with Charles Manson now anyway.... but I'll leave that be cuz I like Brandon...
I was there too - amazing night!! How fabulous that he paid tribute to The Beatles in their home town! Saw him at the private gig he did at Relentless Garage in London on Sept 8th - was the first one he had done since the release of 'Flamingo' and he seemed a little nervous then when he first came on stage. (Was still a brilliant night though and I was so lucky to have been there!). His performance last night was much more relaxed....
I was at this concert. It sucked until they played this song.

So much better than The Vines & The Killers cover in Australia, this is just awesome.

Sounds like he's doing U2's Rattle and Hum version. Which is awesome.

Q: "Tell me, tell me, tell me your answer?"
A: "I may be a lover, but don't sing this. Ever again."
Oh my Lord...I thought that this unflattering imitation was beyond blasphemous. Then @JeanLouisBarrault appeared as though a mirage of idiocy.

I hate the Beatles, but I will forgive him as he was in Liverpool. He sounds just like McCartney. Better of course.
