All the shopping malls are empty with a couple exceptions, people are fleeing from the city(s) (Abu Dhabi as well) because they are in debt, the vacancy rates have doubled, property value is decreasing by ridiculous numbers, there just ISN'T a demand for all this, the city is desperately trying to hide this from the world.
