You are giving me a very big burden in debunking all the mistakes you are making. I said (being a NCAA D1 Athlete myself) BOTH ( B-O-T-H) sprinters AAANNNDDD other category college athletes (as in not limited to football, hint-hint) rep 225 constantly. Once more: track as well as other athletes possess the strength to rep 225. Your argument that sprinters can't 225 is incorrect not just in reference to track ATHs but all sports on the post HS level. Now did you follow all of that?

Why do people think football is the hardest sport. You don't train near as hard as track, or any type of olympic runner. Track runners (especially distance runners like myself) put in more dedication and self sacrifice then these fat asses who get paid. How many people can say they've won the superbowl? A LOT. How many people can say they've beaten Usain Bolt? Very few if any. SO GO SUCK A FUCKING DICK YOU FAGGOT ASS FOOTBALL PLAYERS..

are you a fucking idiot...answer this can a sprinter lift 225lbs more than 4 or 5 times...no i dont think so...and as you know trendon holliday was a track star and plays football...what world class sprinters you know that have been succesful in college or nfl....football is more tough than any other sport ...what types of injuries do track stars get? a pulled hammy and thats about it...football players get torn ligaments...broken bones...concussions...broken necks...etc etc.

Many of whom rep 225. 2) Nobody ever said sprinting was "more tough". I was mocking your initial post of "more tough" as evidence of your redneck vocabulary hence why it is parenthesized with a question mark. Bottom line, plenty of all college athletes rep 225, all sports strength train all year. 225, no problem for many of them. Last: Reading is fundamental : )
