When i first saw reactable in future music, i thought, this cant be real. They must be doing a 'spot the fake ' competition where u have to find the fake ad. But i was soo wrong! This thing breathes new life and meaning in synthesis technology. very very cool!! Now i just have to save for a few decades lol :-) great vid

it's never going to be sold for 100ish bucks. there's a computer, a camera and a projector under the surface. the table alone, without the pucks and the stuff under it, is useless, so u could get it for a relatively low price.

Imagine how fast this could pay for itself when used by a popular dj in live sets, especially raves. Put video feed on a big screen so the whole audience can watch how the dj makes the music. If it really is only 10,000 euros, that is a steal!

Yes, there are plenty of better synths out there, like the little phatty, or Roland Gaia, but its a great synth none the less. You can get some pretty tweaked out sounds on those things. There's always something better, but the differences make them unique.

Ay, this is true. Though when I do use my microkorg I always use my Novation midi controller with it. As the micro is hindered by lack of live control. A mod/pitch wheel and 5 nobs to tweak things live is not enough for me :p

I am wondering where you got all your information, there are definitely more than 3 of this reactable, it costs right now 9800 euro. In the United States there are 3 of them, one in Chicago, one in Phoenix and the last i forgot. It was a project of the university of barcelona and not only bjoerk also the maneken and other artists used this table.
