This movie made me bawl like a baby when it ended. It was so true to Edward's character that he would sacrifice himself and come back to our world, even if it meant leaving his brother and Winry. I loved that scene where he was lying in bed and he whispered Winry's name in his sleep...bawled like a baby, I tell you.

@jakobboy1 The first FMA eventually got ahead of the manga, so they had to create an ending for it. But it starts to diverge from the manga as early as episode 21. FMA: Brotherhood was created after the manga was fully published and follows the manga pretty much exactly. This movie is sort of a closer for the original FMA series and really has nothing to do with Brotherhood. Either way, I'd read the manga too.
