Brazil is not one of those stupid anti-American countries. Brazil is the 8th largest economy in the world and will be the 5th or 4th in the Olympic Games in 2016, according to projections from the World Bank. Brazilian soldiers have fought and died in the 2nd war, under command of the U.S. Army. We are allies and great democracies, so, welcome to Rio 2016, American people.

Dizcovechannel, nao iluda os gringos. Bem vindos ao Rio para serem assaltados e ate assassinados? O Rio eh terra de ninguem, so da ladrao e traficante. Vc pensa q o mundo nao sabe?
Lula also said that "Brazil got it's international citizenship with the games being hosted in Rio. We are not third class, we are first class. And there is no such thing as third class in manking, We are all equal, and that's what we want.
I'm from Brazil and I'm happy and for me it was a shock as how segregated America was when I moved here. Brazil is a melting pot, we pride that, we believe it makes us stronger and better the world.
They are wrong on their perception of Brazilian's celebration and the soccer shirt as "in your face" teasing. The shirt was a gift of friendship and respect. Lula on his speech about the results talks about the importance of the games being hosted in Brazil and said "Lula didn't win and Obama didn't lose, Rio was selected as a city and that's it, we are not in competition against each other". He also praises Obama and express his respect for him as a proud moment to America and Brazil too.
mione1a: As a Brazilian, I want to ask you why do you make such a grossely rude comment, that is completelly oposite to the Olympics? It is really sad that amidst all the joy of having the world seeing our people celebrating, they also have to see the shameful lack of dignity from people like yourself.
hey, you guys doesnt have too much girls like that out there, right? Maybe, that´s why you all like a good war. To run away from the fucking ulgy fat pale american chicks! huauhauha
